Ingredient 1. Onions 2. Green Chillies 3. Ginger, garlic and chilly paste 4. Turmeric and Jeera powder 5. Gram flour 6. Rice flour. 7. Salt-as per taste
Method 1. Mix all the ingredients ( gram flour and rice flour in equal quantities ), ginger garlic and chilly paste, turmeric, jeera, salt and chopped chillies. 2. Add some water to the above mixture and make a thin paste. 3. Chop the onions and mix it with the paste. 4. Make small pakodas out of it and deep fry it in heated oil till they turn golden brown. 5. Serve hot with sauce or chutney.
