Baajre flour (black millet flour): 1 cup Spinach: 1/2 cup Coconut (grated): 1/2 cup Ginger and Garlic paste: 1 teaspoon Green Chilly: 1 chopped Onion: 1 chopped Red chilly powder: 1/4teaspoon Turmeric powder: 1/4 teaspoon Salt: to taste Oil: for frying
Method:
Put one teaspoon oil in Baajra. Mix all Ingredients & keep them for 30 mins. Make round tikkis of the mixture. Deep fry it the tikkis till they turn golden brown. Serve it hot with your favorite chatni or tomato ketchup.
