Know about grey hairs

Know about the causes and remedies of grey hair.

Grey Hair is a symptom of improper protein synthesis and is the first visible signs of aging. Apart from the aging factor, premature hair greying can be caused due to various deficiencies.

Symptoms of Gray Hair:
The main symptom of this disease is the lack of regular thicker hair being allowed to grow. In turn, the thinner, grey hairs then have a chance to grow sooner and more rapidly than normal. The transformation is quick but it is not overnight. Gray hair usually starts by the hair becoming dryer and more brittle. This is usually a sign that gray hair is just around the corner. Hair loss can also be a sign of gray hair approaching. If these signs appear, it is time to turn to some of the gray hair natural remedies. The best part about it is that there are little to no side affects to these remedies! So one has nothing to lose but gray hairs!

Causes of Grey Hair:

1:  Grey hair comes from many things such as: heredity, loss of pigment within the hair follicle or even a birthmark (thats true a birthmark on ur scalp!)
2:  Skipping Meals
3:  Irregular Eating Time
4:  Nutrient Deficiency
5:  Excessive Caffeine
6:  Stress can affect your hair by causing the condition alopecia areata. It's common after stressful periods
7:  Smoking

Nourishment:

a) Vitamin A: - Vitamin A is necessary for healthy scalp, healthy body and glowing hairs. Including dark green vegetables and colored fruits in the diet provides abundant Vitamin A.

b) Massaging hair with fingertips: It helps proper blood circulation in the scalp.

c) Vitamin B: - Vitamin B regulates the secretion of oil, keeps hair healthy & moisturized. Eating more of fresh green leafy vegetables, tomatoes, cauliflower, cereals, liver kidney, yogurt and bananas provides for the required Vitamin B.

d) Carrots are especially useful in furnishing fresh blood and maintaining the health of the hair.

e) Minerals: - Minerals like zinc, iron & copper promote healthy hair. Food sources: zinc - chicken, green vegetables; iron - beef, dried apricots, parsley, eggs, wheat & sunflower seeds; copper - seafood, egg yolk & whole grains.

f) Proteins: Consuming more of protein gives your hair natural shine and good texture.

g)Henna coloring: Henna colouring is one of the natural and traditional ways of treating grey hair. Henna cools the body as well as renders softness apart from coloring the hair.
