Vitamin and mineral deficiencies could be contributing to blemish flare-ups. A good diet full of fresh, whole foods may help to alleviate blemish symptoms. 6. Watermelon juice applied and gently massaged on the blemished area. Left on for 15 minutes will definitely help. 7. Carrot juice applied for 15 minutes for 15 days will clear the blemished skin. 8. Tree Tea Oil is a natural antiseptic that is a common ingredient in many blemish products. It can also be applied directly to the skin.
